Just a thought: there is a clothing item that has become very popular among men – particularly carpenters – in the Northwest. It’s called a “Utilikilt” (http://www.utilikilts.com/). Might I suggest that what you have come up with might rightly be called a “Utilicorset”?
Interestingly, I came up with an idea for a utilicorset and then a week later happened upon photos of you on a Burning Man photo site. Very satisfying to have an idea then see it manifested in reality so quickly! Well done! Oh, and the Carhart label is a stroke of genius.
(note that i tried to submit this comment via your contact pane, but it hung)
